Zoning Information

 

The Town of Newton Grove has zoning jurisdiction within the city limits.  The zoning jurisdiction also extends to the ETJ (extra-territorial jurisdiction), an area within one mile of the city limits.  All applications should be sent to the Town Hall and will then be forwarded to the Administrator.

 

Building permits are issued from Sampson County.  The county is also responsible for all inspections.
